This place is beyond the worst to shop for a Mini Cooper. I was a serious buyer looking to test drive a Mini and i was turned away. BUYER BEWARE!!! If you plan to shop there make sure you're the right age~ maybe 50s, the right color (WASP).

They didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything, and they were so patient when it came to deciding the right MINI for me, they were just as knowledgeable maybe even more knowledgeable than a MINI dealer, they answered all of my questions and helped me feel secure about my purchase.

Mark likes to talk about his customers behind their back, and if customers knew what he had to say about them I am sure they would not appreciate it. He is very disorganized, and when I was there he insulted my military service. His staff is extremely kind, glad they don't take after him.
