I generally turn my own wrenches so I am kinda picky where I bring my own cars for repairs out of My scope. Great garage and great staff. Your VW or Audi will be in very good hands there.
Please do not do business with R & D Automotive if u wish to have your car back within a reasonable amount of time. We dropped off the car with a small list of small issues we had with the car. They had the car for about 4 weeks and had done nothing to it. We decided to call them and they said they needed to keep it for another week. After 2 weeks they still hadn't called us about it and we called again only for them to tell us they had accomplished absolutely nothing we asked. It's now been almost 4 weeks since they said they needed it for a week and they haven't contacted us and we still do not have the car back. Please do not waste your time with R & D automotive
No-nonsense, honest auto repair. I've been able to make appointments at reasonable times and pay for repairs that I feel are fair and necessary. Never do I feel like I am being taken advantage of or misled. Highly recommended for peace of mind and affordability.
Turned me away at the door. Brought my car in to have two new tires put on, front end alignment done and get an inspection sticker. The girl at the counter was very nice but made several strange excuses as to why they wouldn't even look at my car, saying 02 was too old a year and they don't like to follow up on others work. I was very up front as to what work I had done and what I wanted and she seemed very uneasy saying she didn't want to offend me. They were nice but I guess they have plenty of work and don't have time for the small stuff, Idk
