An absolutely great place. The staff is standout and everyone makes you feel welcome. The breakfast and lunch buffets are wonderful!
Food and service at the Broad Arrow was amazing. The WAIT for the food was ridiculous. Full kitchen staff (open kitchen), 4 tables other then ours, 9 at night. Half hour for 2 apps. And another 40 minutes for pizza. Stupid long. Not thrilled. Especially when you see the kitchen staff standing around not really doing a whole lot until your server goes up and reminds them of your ticket. The food is great, yes. But get on it. The experience could be so much better.
My cousin had her wedding here. It was a beautiful ceremony and the staff was very attentive. The food was fantastic as well. Our room was clean and well stocked. It was also a very short walk to the outlets.
Very beautiful garden grounds and comfortable and quiet surroundings. The tavern has the best lobster rolls that I tried in Freeport! They tasted a touch sweet while the other places were too rubbery. The bed was soft and the bathroom had many necessities provided. I was quite pleased with everything. I would stay there again.
Wonderful inn. Charming accommodation. Very helpful staff and superb breakfast. The dining room and tavern offer excellent food. A gourmet delight. We have enjoyed our stays here very much! Top notch.
