Good selection and friendly service!
There's a reason when you go into this store it's always empty. The staff is rude. 5 employees and still takes 10 minutes to check you out. I tried buying two pairs of pants. Exact same style and fit but different shades. Apparently the giant 50% off sign above the pants only applies to one single specific pair of pants out of the 8 pairs on the shelf. The manager offered no help and was very rude. I will not be returning here, I'll be shopping next door where the staff is friendly and the discounts arent specific to a single pair of pants
A 2.8 i don't think it should be 2.8 its a great plaace to vist and buy clothes i just love American Eagle . i dont why people gave it 2.8 well its the 2nd bets store in freeport for myself . i love aeo and a very good friendly staff
I'm glad that all the teenagers in the store have jobs, but I don't think an entire store should be run by them. I was trying to look at underwear and one employee was doing the useless busy work task of refolding the same underwear over and over again and I wanted to go over there but she just stared at me -- so aggressively that I didn't end up buying anything and left because it was so off putting. I love american eagle pants but I would much rather pay for shipping than come here.
Huge selection and tons of clearance! Sales are always the best and they always have my sizes. Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make customers happy! Always super clean and organized.
