I like this store. The staff was very helpful. However, when I realized I needed a different size I was disappointed to find that the Talbot's closer to me could not exchange outlet buys. So I now need to drive 2.5 hours to make the exchange.
Horrible customer service. Not helpful and very rude. Cashier felt the need to embarrass me when pointing out an incorrect price.
