In a nutshell I received the best advice and help from one of the sales associates, I believe his name was Cody. I went into Tommy's looking for a pair of khaki pants and a button up shirt appropriate for interviews. I left with the cutest outfit which I also got for a great price. Cody was extremely helpful in choosing a good pant style for my body shape gave me tips on what patterns weren't flattering. I could not be happier!! I later joked I should have hired him to help me shop around for the day. It was a great experience, one that was so helpful and put a smile on my face :) Thanks Cody!
Absolutely no customer service. Felt like me and my girlfriend were a problem to their personal conversations. Only time we got any eye contact was when they were looking us up and down assuming concerned about shoplifting. So we walked down the street to Ralph Lauren and spent plenty, Bravo to them, excellent Customer Service, take note TH
You know what your getting for quality and as a outlet store, you get great prices and sales. A star down for no kids selection which other locations have. Staff are hit or miss on the friendly stakes.
